MEET THE TEAM
Adam Aluise has extensive experience in real estate, finance, and lending. He brings a comprehensive skill set that includes sound financial analysis, strategic loan negotiation, and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market. His expertise has positioned Pine and Peak Capital (PPC) to secure tailored financing solutions that meet the unique goals of borrowers. Adam founded PPC to connect borrowers with the most competitive financing options while providing lenders with access to qualified borrowers and high-quality assets.
Before presenting a debt, solution or sharing an opportunity, PPC conducts a thorough and detailed analysis—an approach rooted in Adam’s background as a commercial loan underwriter. His areas of expertise include equity and debt sourcing, relationship and project management, risk assessment, real estate development, credit approvals, restructuring, and comprehensive business support.
Adam holds a degree in finance and has cultivated a career in banking and investment, specializing in the commercial real estate sector. Over the years, he has developed advanced financial models tailored to evaluate loan optimization, identify long- and short-term investment opportunities, and assess the dynamics of local financing markets.
Max Davidoff brings an innovative vision to both research and marketing within the commercial real estate sector. His creativity and problem-solving abilities have been instrumental in crafting a sophisticated marketing strategy and CRM system that consistently drives business growth and focuses on positive customer experience. Max’s strong credit and commercial real estate knowledge has allowed him to successfully underwrite and support many deal closings as well.
Max graduated from the University of Denver, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Daniels College of Business. His focus on Real Estate Development through the Burns School of Real Estate culminated in a senior honors thesis for which he received Distinction and Magna Cum Laude honors.
Cornelius Baliukonis is the Capital Markets Director, responsible for developing and managing relationships with real estate lenders and investors, leading underwriting, and structuring and executing capital solutions across the capital stack for clients nationwide.

Access to their best financing options
Pine and Peak Capital has a large network of private equity and additional funding sources. No two real estate transactions are the same and sometimes requires an out-of-the-box approach. PPC can provide a variety of less than traditional capital sources.
Pine and Peak Capital offers client investment, development, and advisory services to “Family Offices” under a comprehensive investment management plan. PPC understands the unique structures of smaller firms and implements a well-coordinated strategy by a team of dedicated professionals.
By leveraging our relationship with national institutional investors, Pine and Peak Capital is able to gain valuable industry insight and exposure while maximizing project value for the client.
